Our Weekly Market Insights is now available as an automated marketing campaign for users with Marketing Suite Premium, subject to prior compliance approval.
This campaign provides valuable market analysis and insights to help clients stay informed about the latest trends and developments!
How the Weekly Market Insights Campaign Works
This campaign operates similarly to our other automated email campaigns. Weekly Market Insights emails will start sending by 12 PM PST on Mondays. For those who prefer to personalize this content piece, an on-demand version of the email will be available every week on Saturday in the Content Library.
How to Activate the Campaign
Follow these steps to activate your Weekly Market Insights campaign:
- In your FMG admin, select Automated Marketing on the left side navigation:
- Locate the Weekly Market Insights campaign in the list of Automated Marketing campaigns.
- Toggle the campaign On, choose your audience, and click Save:

Choosing Your Audience
By default, all your contacts will be included in the campaign's audience, but you can choose to send this to a specific group of contacts or multiple groups.

Campaign Email Notifications
The Weekly Market Insights campaign reminder email will be sent at 10 AM PST on Mondays. Reminder emails will only be sent if compliance has approved the content by 10 AM PST. If your compliance approves the content between 10 AM PST and 12 PM PST, you will not receive a campaign reminder, but the email will still be sent to your audience.
You can always review the on-demand version of the Weekly Market Insights email in the Current Events collection in the Content Library, even if you haven’t received the reminder email.

Compliance
Compliance must approve the email by 12 PM PST on Monday in order for it to be successfully sent.
Marketing Calendar
If you activate the Weekly Market Insights campaign, it will appear on your Marketing Calendar on Saturday when we add the email to Content Libraries. Until compliance has reviewed it, it will have a "pending review" tag. The campaign will be visible in the Marketing Calendar until the send queue starts, around 12 PM PST on Mondays. After the email is sent, you’ll see the email in your “Sent & Scheduled” email history.
