Send quarterly newsletters covering Medicare education and trends
Our Medicare Newsletter quarterly campaign is designed to provide recipients with valuable Medicare education and updates on the latest trends. The newsletter is sent out quarterly on the first Wednesday of February, May, August, and November.
How to Activate the Campaign
Follow these steps to activate your Medicare Newsletter campaign:
- In your FMG admin, select Automated Marketing on the left side navigation:
- Locate the Medicare Newsletter campaign in the list of Automated Marketing campaigns.
- Toggle the campaign On, choose your audience, and click Save.
Choosing Your Audience
By default, all your contacts will be included in the campaign's audience, but you can choose to send this to a specific group of contacts or multiple groups.

Below is an example of what the Medicare Newsletter will look like:
Campaign Email Notifications
You'll receive an email notification whenever this campaign is triggered. This email will contain a preview of the email that your contacts will receive, allowing you to review the content beforehand. If you don’t like the content in advance, you can turn off the campaign directly in your FMG admin.
