Send quarterly newsletters covering Medicare education and trends
Our Medicare Newsletter quarterly automation is designed to provide recipients with valuable Medicare education and updates on the latest trends. The newsletter is sent out quarterly on the first Wednesday of February, May, August, and November.
How to Activate the Automation
Follow these steps to activate your Medicare Newsletter automation:
- In your FMG admin, select Automated Marketing on the left side navigation:
- Type Medicare Newsletter in the Automated Marketing search bar to easily find the automation:
- Toggle the automation On, choose your audience, and click Save.
Choosing Your Audience
By default, all your contacts will be included in the automation's audience, but you can choose to send this to a specific group of contacts or multiple groups.

Below is an example of what the Medicare Newsletter will look like:
Automation Email Notifications
You'll receive an email notification whenever this automation is triggered. This email will contain a preview of the email that your contacts will receive, allowing you to review the content beforehand. If you don’t like the content in advance, you can turn off the campaign directly in your FMG admin.
