Google Search Console | Excluded (Page With Redirect) Error
If you come across a "Page with redirect" message in your Page Indexing report, it means that Google identified a page with a redirected URL on your site but did not index it. Google omits such pages from search results to prevent duplicates or due to detected errors.
A "Page with redirect" issue might arise in these scenarios:
- You created 301 redirects for these pages.
- The redirect is from the HTTP version of your site's URL to the HTTPS version.
- The redirect is from the https://mydomain.com version of your site's URL to the https://www.mydomain.com version.
This behavior is normal in these instances and will not impact your site's ranking.
