Your login credentials for the Mobile App are the same as your FMG Suite desktop login credentials. Having trouble finding your FMG Suite username or password? Read the instructions below on how to find your username or reset your password.

How to Find Your Username

Your username can be found on the Users Page in the FMG Suite admin on your desktop.

To navigate to the Users Page, hover over your name on the upper right corner and click "Users" from the dropdown menu. Your username will be displayed on this page:

Forgot Your Password?

Follow the instructions below to reset your password from the Mobile App or from your desktop.

How to Reset Your Password From the Mobile App

On the Mobile App login screen, click the "Forgot your password" link located at the bottom of the screen:

Next, enter in your username*, and click "Reset Password" to have a password reset link emailed to you.

How to Reset Your Password From Your Desktop

On the desktop login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link:

Next, enter in your username*, and click "Reset Password" to have your username emailed to you.
