Your login credentials for the Mobile App are identical to those you use for the FMG desktop. If you're having difficulty locating your FMG username or password, please follow the instructions below to retrieve your username or reset your password.
How to Find Your Username
To locate your username in the FMG admin on your desktop, go to the Users Page by hovering over your name in the upper right corner and selecting "Users" from the dropdown menu. Your username can be found on this page.
Forgot Your Password?
You can reset your password from the Mobile App or your desktop.
How to Reset Your Password From the Mobile App
On the Mobile App login screen, click the "Forgot your password" link:
Next, enter your username, and click the "Reset Password" button to have a password reset link emailed to you. If you do not know your username, please call our Support team for assistance at (858) 251-2420.
How to Reset Your Password From Your Desktop
On the desktop login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link:
