      Email Notifications

      Which emails are triggered or not triggered by the admin settings notification toggles?

      Our notification system sends email alerts to help you stay informed about new content, account activities, campaigns, and more.

      Email notifications can be enabled in two locations:

      Learn how to manage these alerts and understand which emails are triggered by specific notification settings.

      Admin Settings: Triggered Emails by Notification Toggles ✔️

      Admin settings are located in the top right drop-down menu, where your name displays in your dashboard:

      EmailNotifications

      Daily Digest

      DailyDigest

      These are the emails that are triggered when Admin Notifications are activated:

      • Daily Digest: This email provides a summary of recent activities, such as:
        • Compliance: When there are new updates or notes on compliance cases.
        • Content: When there are new Content Library additions.
        • Website Contact Forms: When a website visitor fills in a contact form, this email will notify you of the newly added leads or contacts

      ⚠️ It's important to note that the Daily Digest is not sent daily but only when there is relevant activity to report.

      Campaign Notifications

      These are the emails that are triggered when Admin Notifications are activated:

      • Campaign Notifications: These emails serve as reminders for campaigns that are about to be sent from the dashboard. The specific campaigns that trigger notifications include:
        • Monthly Market Insights (MMI)
        • Referral Campaign
        • Holiday Campaigns
        • Video of the Month Campaign
        • Happy Birthday Email Campaign

      Profile > Contact Information: Non-Triggered Emails by Notification Toggles ❌

      There are other email notifications that the notification toggles mentioned above do not control. This setting is located in the Profile > Contact Info section:

      ContactInfoEmailsTurning on notifications in this location enables emails specifically for:

      • replies sent from the dashboard
      • important account detail notifications
      • FMG marketing materials

      To turn on these specific types of notifications, toggle on "Receive email notifications:"
