You can edit emails with the following statuses:

  • "Scheduled (pending)" status - emails that are pending compliance approval

  • "Scheduled" status - emails that have been approved but were scheduled for a future send date*

*Note: editing a previously approved email will resubmit that email to compliance. If not approved by the scheduled date, that email will not be sent. 

To edit an email first, find the email that you need to edit by navigating to Email >> History:

Here you will see a list of previously sent emails, along with any pending and/or scheduled emails:

Next, simply click "Edit" and you will be taken to the Custom Email Builder, with your unsent email loaded and ready to edit. Note: you will need to click "Send Email" and complete those steps to save and re-submit your edits.
