How to track the performance of your email campaigns

How to Access the Automated Marketing "View Performance" Details Page

To view your campaign performance, first, navigate to Automated Marketing in the navigation pane on the left side of your dashboard:

 

Next, locate the campaign you would like to view the performance on and click "View performance":

 

Here, you will be able to view a snapshot of the campaign performance.

Automated Marketing Performance Page Breakdown

The following campaign performance example is only available for certain Automated Marketing Campaigns:

vIEWpERFORMANCE

    • Audience (A): The “Audience” button will allow you to control which contacts receive this campaign. 
    • Pause Campaign (B): Click “Pause Campaign” to stop the campaign. 
    • Overview (C): This overview section displays the total number of emails delivered, opened, and total clicks since this campaign was first activated. 
  • Last Sent (D): This overview section displays the last sent email in a campaign. You can click on the email title to preview it or click on ‘Share Latest Email’ to send it to a contact. 
    • Upcoming Email (E): This overview section displays the next email in the campaign. Click on the email title to preview it. 
  • Sent History (F): This tab displays the entire history of emails sent from a campaign. 
  • Recipients (G): This tab displays all the recipients (contacts) for a campaign.
  • Search (H): Use the search bar to find specific emails in the Sent History. 
  • Details (I): Click on “Details” or the email title to view all the recipients for that email and individual metrics. Example:
