Attaching a PDF to an Email

To include a linked PDF in an email, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Email > Send Email in the navigation pane on the left side of your dashboard:

     

     

  2. Compose your email message.

  3. There are two ways to attach a PDF:

    • Hyperlink Text: Highlight the text to which you would like to add the PDF, and click the paper clip icon to upload your PDF.

      In the "Upload an attachment" modal that opens, add the following:

      • Title: This will be the text that appears in the email for the PDF

      • Upload File: Click "Upload File" to upload a PDF from your computer

         

    • Add a PDF to a Button: Add a button section to the email, and upload your PDF.

       

      In the "Upload an attachment" modal that opens, add the following:

      • Title: This is the text that will appear on the button

      • Button Destination: Select "File" from the dropdown menu

        • Add File: Upload a PDF from your computer

       

  4. After you've finished composing your email, click "Preview" or "Send a Test Email" to see how your email will look to your recipients.
