How to access and share social posts from the Content Library
FMG's Content Library is full of pre-made content ready for use. Our agency-created social posts are pre-written messages intended for social media platforms, making it effortless to interact with users on social media.

How to Share Social Posts
To access and share agency-created social posts from the Content Library:
Accessing Social Posts
- To access Social Posts, log in to your FMG admin account and navigate to Content Library > Social Posts.
- Filtering Social Posts
- Category: Utilize this drop-down menu to refine your search by post type, allowing you to display only Social Posts, only Social Sequences, or both!
- Author: Use this drop-down menu to narrow your search by a specific Author, like "Do It For Me" or "FMG: Premium" to find your premium content!
- Category: Utilize this drop-down menu to refine your search by post type, allowing you to display only Social Posts, only Social Sequences, or both!
- Exploring and Selecting a Social Post to Share To learn more about a specific social post, click the content title to see the post. Here you will see a short description, preview image, and keywords associated with the piece. When you're ready to share a social post, click "Use Post."
Choose Social Media Networks and Edit the Post
- You can now edit the post and decide which social media profiles to share this content on.
- Choose Social Media: By default, all of your integrated social networks will be selected. In the "Post to:" section, click the 'X' next to a profile you do not wish to post on.

- Edit Social Post: If you would like to customize your social post, you may edit:
- Text: Click in the box to edit the post's text
- Link to an External Website: Enter the external link into the body of the social post text
- Upload Images, Videos, or add Emojis
- 🖼️ Upload Image: Click the image emoji icon to upload images.
- You can upload up to 9 images by either selecting them all at once or clicking the "Upload Image" button again to add more images.
- 📹 Upload Video: Click the video camera emoji icon to upload videos into your social media post.
- 😀Emoji: Click on the smiley face emoji in the editor to add emojis to your post
- 🖼️ Upload Image: Click the image emoji icon to upload images.
- Upload an Image from Canva: Click the "Design an Image" button to create or upload an image from your Canva account.
- Text: Click in the box to edit the post's text
- Schedule Social Post
- Schedule Post: When you're ready to share the social post, click the "Schedule Post" button.
- Schedule Post: When you're ready to share the social post, click the "Schedule Post" button.
- Choose Your Post Date:
- Your Post Will Be Shared Right Away: Your social post will be sent as soon as it's approved by compliance.
- Schedule A Future Date: Your post will be shared on the day and time you choose. You can schedule your content as far in advance as you like, including planning posts for an entire quarter ahead!
- Confirm Details: Double-check your details to make sure everything looks okay. Click "Post" to get that message out there!

View Your Shared & Scheduled Social Posts
To view your shared and scheduled social posts, navigate to Social > Shared & Scheduled. Here you can view previously shared social posts as well as scheduled social posts. For scheduled social posts, you have the option to edit or cancel the social post.
