MyRepChat New User Checklist
Work through this checklist to get fully set up and comfortable using MyRepChat
Going through this checklist is a great way to learn how to navigate the MyRepChat website and mobile app.

1. Sign Up
- If you're part of a large group, contact your group administrator for your firm's signup link and code.
- Otherwise, go to myrepchat.com, click Login in the upper right corner, then click I don't have an account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create your account.
2. Log In
- Once your account is created, log in to continue the signup process.
- You'll be asked for your contact details and some additional information.
3. Choose Your MyRepChat Number
- Choose a new dedicated number, or enter your landline number to have it text-enabled.
- Note: Text-enabling a landline involves a few more steps and takes a little more time.
- You'll also be prompted to enter the number you want your MyRepChat calls forwarded to (your mobile or landline number).
4. Set Up Billing
- Enter your billing information to get your service activated.
- Go to Settings > Add-Ons and Billing > Billing Management to add your payment method.
5. Send a Message
- Once signup is complete and your number is set, you can start sending text messages to your contacts from either the website or the mobile app.

6. Choose Add-Ons
- Customize your MyRepChat account with various add-on features. See What Are Add-Ons? to learn more.
7. Create Your vCard
- From the Dashboard, go to Settings > Profile > Personal Details (vCard). Upload your professional photo and fill in your contact info, then click Save.

8. Connect Your CRM
- MyRepChat integrates with many CRMs. Go to Settings > Integrations > Connect to CRM and follow the on-screen instructions.
