Understanding the History View for Automations

As an agency (publisher admin) user, you can access the history of your agency's automations, providing a complete record of all automated email sends. This feature makes it easier to troubleshoot issues by allowing you to independently verify sends in an automation. Follow along in this help article to learn more!

Accessing the History View for Automations

  1. Navigate to the Manage > Automations Page in your Publisher Admin account:

  2. Click on the "View History" button located in the top right corner:

  3. You will be directed to the History page, where a list of all automations connected to your agency is displayed:

  4. Review sent emails and check the compliance status for an automation:
