      Updating Your Disclosures

      How to update the disclaimer that appears in your website footer and email signature

      To add or edit your disclosure:

      1. Navigate to Profile > Disclosures:

      2. On the Disclosure page, you can add or edit the following:

        1. Website Disclosure (or Landing Page Disclosure): This disclosure appears on your website or landing page footer

        2. Email (optional): If no content is entered here, your website disclosure will appear in your email footer

        3. Leaving Site Disclaimer (optional): This option only applies to subscriptions that include a website. The content you add here will appear as a small pop-up when visitors on your site click a link that will take them away from your website:

      3. Once you update or add your disclosure, click "Publish" to send your disclosure to compliance.
