Have contacts in Wealthbox that you’d like to add to your FMG Suite admin? Sync them! Be sure you have your Wealthbox credentials handy – you'll need those in order to complete this integration.
Note: syncing your Wealthbox contacts will erase/replace any contacts you already have listed in your admin. If you have contacts in here, you can easily export those and add them to Wealthbox before you complete this integration.
In the right-hand corner of your Contacts page, click the gear/settings icon to find the option to Sync Wealthbox (beta).
Next, to log in to your Wealthbox account, click the Sync with Wealthbox button. You'll be prompted to enter your Wealthbox credentials so make sure you have your login information handy.
After entering your credentials, you’ll need to authorize FMG Suite to access your Wealthbox data.
Syncing with Wealthbox will update delete current contacts and groups in your FMG admin. To proceed to sync with Wealthbox, click Got it. Sync with Wealthbox.
Lastly, you'll then need to choose if you'd like to integrate All Contacts/Tags or Just Specific Tags from Wealthbox. If you want to sync all of your contacts and tags, select All Contacts/Tags and click Next to continue.
If you choose to sync only specific tags, click Just Specific Tags. Select which tags to sync. Click Next to continue syncing.
Note: Be sure to leave the option to "automatically sync with Wealthbox at the end of each day" enabled so that your contacts sync every day.
To update your contacts on demand, navigate to Email >> Contacts in your admin. Select Update Contacts and select Update Current Settings.
Your contacts will sync from Wealthbox. When the sync is complete, you're ready to start reaching out to those contacts,
