Troubleshooting for SSL

What to do if SSL isn't working.

Our SSL solution is designed to provide a constant and secure connection across all pages of your website. 

To enable SSL, navigate to Website >> Settings:

Here, locate the SSL and toggle it on:

Note: You will be able to toggle this option on if you have a custom domain

A secure site is denoted by a lock symbol followed by "https://" If you see this, you're good to go–your site is secure!

If you see "Not Secure" in your browser, it is because there is a link somewhere on your page that is not secure. You will need to update the links to point to a secure site. This is usually as simple as adding an "s" at the end of "http" in the URL.
