How to customize your website header.

The top section of your website, known as the header, typically includes your logo, navigation menu, and contact information. Keep in mind that certain website themes may not include this feature, so if you can't find the "Header" option in your menu, check the Masthead section instead.

How to Modify Your Website Header

To modify the content that appears in your website header:

  1. Navigate to Website > Header:

     

  2. Here, you can choose from various header layout options to customize the look and feel of your website's header.

    1. Edit Layout: Click the "Edit Layout" button to change your header layout and toggle the Mobile Header Optimization on or off. The Mobile Header Optimization arranges your content, navigation menu, and logo for the best mobile experience possible:

    2. Top Bar Settings: Click the Top Bar Settings gear icon to customize your top bar. Here, you can edit the top bar background, text, and button:

    3. Custom Button Content: Hover over the custom button and click the pencil icon to customize the button content. Here, you can change the button label and destination.

    4. Header Body Styles: Click the Header Body Settings gear icon to customize your header body settings. Here, you can change the background and text:

  3. After making your changes, click the "Publish" button to submit your changes for compliance approval.
