Adding an Email Link to Your Website

Adding an email link to a website can be a great way to encourage visitors to get in touch with you via email. By simply clicking the link, visitors can open a blank email in their preferred email program, with your email address already entered in the "To" field.

Additionally, you have the option to set a specific email address to be displayed on your website or landing page through the Website Email Address feature.

Adding an Email Link to Your Website

Here's how you can add an email link that will open a blank email:

  1. Navigate to Website > Pages, and select the page to which you would like to add the email link.

  2. Highlight the text that you want to apply the email link to, and click on the "Insert/Edit Link" icon.

  3. In the "Url" field, add the following with no spaces: mailto:youremail@example.com (replace "youremail@example.com" with your actual email address). Make sure to include the "mailto:" prefix before your email address.

  4. Save your page as a draft or publish your changes. Be sure to test the email link to make sure it works. When users click the link, it should open a blank email in their preferred email program, with your email address already entered in the "To" field.

Note: Keep in mind that some users may have a browser setting that disables links that trigger an email. This means that the email link may not work for those visitors. However, this is a relatively uncommon scenario, so most users should still be able to use the email link without any issues

Adding a Website Email Address

In addition to adding call to action email links within your webpage content, you can set a specific email address to be displayed on your website or Marketing Suite landing page. This allows you to use a different email address for website visitors to contact you, separate from your primary email used for marketing communications.

Here’s how to set your Website Email Address:

  1. Navigate to Profile > Contact Information.
