Publishers can add a content-specific disclosure to the footer of an email to provide compliance and transparency with content. This article will guide you on how to add a content-specific "email footer" when creating a new email.
To add a content-specific disclosure to your email:
- Navigate to Emails: Start by clicking on Publish > Emails in the left navigation bar. This will take you to the page where you can manage your email content.
- Open the Email: Locate and open the email to which you’d like to add a content-specific email disclosure.
- Insert the Content-Specific Email Disclosure: Scroll down to the Email Footer section. This is where you can add your content-specific disclosure. Enter the disclosure text in the provided space. This disclosure will appear above the standard email disclosure, providing a dedicated space for content-specific information.

Note: To see how the footer will appear in the email, click the Preview Email button. This allows you to visualize the footer's placement and appearance before you confirm any changes. - Save and Publish: Once you've added the content-specific disclosure, click Save Draft to save it as a draft, or click Publish to publish your email.
