Publisher Admin | Adding a Content-Specific Email Disclosure

Note: This article is only applicable to Publisher Admin users

Publishers can add a content-specific disclosure to the footer of an email to provide compliance and transparency with content. This article will guide you on how to add a content-specific "email footer" when creating a new email.

To add a content-specific disclosure to your email:

  1. Navigate to Emails: Start by clicking on Publish > Emails in the left navigation bar. This will take you to the page where you can manage your email content.
  2. Open the Email: Locate and open the email to which you’d like to add a content-specific email disclosure.
  3. Insert the Content-Specific Email Disclosure: Scroll down to the Email Footer section. This is where you can add your content-specific disclosure. Enter the disclosure text in the provided space. This disclosure will appear above the standard email disclosure, providing a dedicated space for content-specific information.

Note: To see how the footer will appear in the email, click the Preview Email button. This allows you to visualize the footer's placement and appearance before you confirm any changes.
  4. Save and Publish: Once you've added the content-specific disclosure, click Save Draft to save it as a draft, or click Publish to publish your email.
