Integrating with Less Annoying CRM lets you import your contacts into MyRepChat, and lets MyRepChat log SMS/text messages as notes on your customers' profiles in Less Annoying CRM.

How Do I Set Up the Integration?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations > Connect to CRM.
  2. Scroll down and click the Less Annoying CRM box — a secondary section with setup instructions will appear.

  3. Move the Enable toggle to green.
  4. Under Send messages to CRM, select the appropriate checkbox.
  5. Click Save.

What Is Less Annoying CRM's Search Behavior?

Each CRM has different search behavior and limitations. For Less Annoying CRM specifically:

  • Uses a "Google-style" search that checks several fields at once, including first name, last name, email, and phone number.
  • All searches are single-field "contains" matches — don't include a space when searching for a name; search for either the first or last name only.
  • Group search requires an exact match on the group name. A group is only created in MyRepChat if it has at least one member.
