My dashboard says that I have unread messages but I don't see any unread messages in the Messages tab. Help!
This usually happens because of orphan conversations showing up in your unread count. See What Are Orphan Conversations And How Can They Be Resolved? to resolve them directly.
How Do I Clear All Notifications?
- Click Settings.
- Under Profile, click App Options.
- Click Clear All Notifications.
