How do I retrieve a voicemail, recording, or transcription?

Where Do I Find My Voicemails, Recordings, and Transcriptions?

1. Go to Messages.
2. Your most recent calls and messages appear in the message history pane. Orange dots indicate unread messages, calls, and voicemails.
3. Click an unread message — if you have a voicemail, you'll see a recording in the conversation panel.
   
   

What Can I Do With a Recording?

1. Play: Click the play button to listen to the voicemail or recording.
2. View transcription: Click the chat icon next to the recording.
3. Download (web portal only): Click the three-dot icon (stacked ellipses).
4. Mute: Click the sound icon.
