How Do I Start a Port Request?

To start a port request, gather the following information and send it to support@myrepchat.com:

1. Number to port: (###) ###-####
2. Account number
3. PIN
4. Name on the account
5. Address
6. Required document: Complete and submit the Port Consent LOA.
