How do I integrate with FMG?

Send FMG Suite content directly to contacts via text

MyRepChat integrates with FMG to let you send content from your FMG marketing library directly to contacts as a link in a text message — from both the web app and mobile app.

Content available in MyRepChat includes articles you've specifically added, plus any automatically assigned to you.

Only "Web Content" from the FMG Content Library comes over through this integration — other content types are not currently supported.

How Do I Set Up the Integration?

Step 1: Find Your Customer ID in FMG

  1. Log into FMG Suite and open Profile > Contact Information.
  2. Copy your Customer ID from that page.

Step 2: Add Your Customer ID to MyRepChat

  1. Log into MyRepChat and go to Settings > Integrations > FMG Suite.
  2. Paste your Customer ID and click Save.

How Do I Send FMG Content to a Contact?

  1. Compose a new message, or open an existing conversation.
  2. Click the paperclip icon, then select Content.
  3. Type your search text and click the magnifying glass.
  4. Use the eye icon to preview content in your browser, or the airplane icon to send it to the contact.
