How do I change/reset my password? (Web UI)

Reset a forgotten password, or change your password anytime while logged in

There are two ways to update your password: resetting it if you've forgotten it, or changing it while logged into MyRepChat.

How Do I Reset a Forgotten Password?

  1. On the main login page, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your email address when prompted.
  3. Check your email for password reset instructions.

How Do I Change My Password While Logged In?

  1. Go to Settings > Profile > Change Password.
  2. Enter your new password and click Save. Your new password applies immediately.
