Connect your MyRepChat account to Message Watcher for archiving

How Do I Set Up Message Watcher Archiving?

  1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Archives and Reports > Connect to Archiver > Message Watcher.
  2. Enter your business email address in the field provided.
  3. Enable Activate Archiving (the toggle should move to the right and turn green).
  4. Click Save.
