What Is the Transcribe Add-On?

The Transcribe Add-On creates transcripts of your voice recordings. These transcripts are archived with your archive provider, and if you have a CRM connection set up, they're also added there as a note.

Note:

  • This add-on is only available if the Voice Add-On and Recording Add-On are turned on.
  • The Recording Add-On may not be available to you depending on your broker-dealer or group — this is managed at the group level.
  • The Transcribe Add-On comes with an additional monthly fee, which may vary by group. You can find your pricing beneath the toggle in step 3 below.

How Do I Set Up the Transcribe Add-On?

  1. From your Dashboard, click Settings in the bottom left corner.

  2. Under Add-Ons and Billing, click Transcribe Add-On.

  3. Use the toggle to turn the feature on or off.
