MyRepChat is officially supported in the United States only — we can't promise, guarantee, or provide support for users outside the U.S.

Sending messages or making voice calls to foreign numbers may work with limited success, but this isn't officially supported. Our team is unable to troubleshoot issues related to contacting foreign numbers from MyRepChat.

What Are the Platform Limitations for Non-U.S. Numbers?

If you attempt to use MyRepChat with a non-U.S. phone number, you'll run into a few key limitations:

  1. You can't port a non-U.S. phone number into MyRepChat.
  2. You can't text-enable a non-U.S. phone number.

For existing Canadian users: MyRepChat has not undergone legal review against Canadian law, and compliance with Canada-specific privacy laws is not guaranteed.
