Sidekick is an AI-powered chat assistant integrated into your FMG dashboard to revolutionize your support experience. This chat assistant provides fast and interactive responses to your questions. Whether you need general product information, guidance on different features, or troubleshooting help, Sidekick is your go-to resource. And you can always escalate to human support if necessary!
How to Access and Use Sidekick
- Accessing Sidekick Support: To begin, log into your FMG dashboard. You will find the chat icon located in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Initiating a Chat: Click on the chat icon to open Sidekick. A chat window will appear, prompting you to enter your question or describe your issue.
- Engaging with Sidekick: Once you've entered your query, Sidekick processes it using advanced AI algorithms. It scans the Help Center documentation and other relevant resources to provide an accurate and helpful response.
- Receiving an Answer: Sidekick will respond directly within the chat window, offering step-by-step guidance, detailed explanations, or links to relevant articles. For complex queries, Sidekick may break down the answer into manageable parts for easier understanding.
- Escalation to Human Support: While Sidekick is designed to handle various inquiries, some situations may require human intervention. For example, Sidekick cannot assist with billing-related questions.
- Automatic Escalation: During chat business hours, if frustration is detected or the query is too complex, a "Get human support" button will appear.
- Manual Escalation: You can manually request human support by typing a command such as "Talk to a rep" or clicking the "Talk To A Person" button at the top right of the chat.
- Providing Feedback and Improvement: Sidekick is designed to learn and improve continuously.
- To provide feedback, click the thumbs-up or thumbs-down 👍👎 option next to the response. This will open another text box where you can enter more information, helping to enhance Sidekick's accuracy and usefulness over time.
