Overwatch Coach (Compliance Check) is an AI-driven compliance tool crafted to help you create compliant blog content with ease and precision. It proactively checks blog titles, images, body text, and SEO summaries for compliance issues before publishing. Content will still be reviewed by individual broker-dealer compliance, ensuring security. 

How to Use Overwatch Coach (Compliance Check) for Blogs

  1. Creating a Blog Post: Navigate to the Blog > Create Blog Post section of your FMG account to create a new post; you can also copy and paste an existing post into the editor for compliance checking.

  2. Checking for Compliance: Once your blog has been written, locate and click the "Check for Compliance" button. This will initiate the Overwatch Coach’s analysis of your blog content.

  3. Receiving Feedback:

    • The AI will analyze the content and provide feedback on potential compliance issues.
    • If any images are flagged as non-compliant, they will be displayed in the modal to make identification easy within a group of images.

  4. Adjust Content:

    • Make the necessary adjustments based on the feedback.
    • Click “Check for Compliance” again to confirm all issues are resolved.
  5. Finalize and Scheduling:

    • Once your content is ready, you can proceed to schedule your blog post and submit it to your B/D for final approval.
    • After your blog receives approval, it will be published on your website on the scheduled date.

No, Overwatch does not scan URLs or crawl hyperlinks to check if the pages they lead to are valid or compliant.

Does Overwatch Coach for Blogs analyze images for compliance?

Yes, Overwatch Coach for Blogs reviews images for compliance issues, but it does not evaluate them for copyright concerns. Please be aware that there is a limitation: Shutterstock images inserted via a link in the blog editor can not be reviewed.

How quickly does Overwatch Coach respond with feedback?

Overwatch Coach provides feedback within a minute of activating the review process.

What happens if the Overwatch Coach flags a compliance issue in my blog post?

When Overwatch Coach flags a compliance issue in your blog post, the specific line or statement in question will be highlighted in quotation marks. You'll receive recommendations for changes along with a brief explanation of why it was flagged. For more information, you can click on the arrow for a detailed explanation of the policy it violated. Once you've made the necessary changes, you can resubmit the blog post to Overwatch Coach to ensure accuracy.

Does Overwatch Coach review videos in blog posts?

No, Overwatch does not currently analyze video content. It focuses on text and image content for compliance checks.

How many times can I run my blog content through Overwatch Coach?

There is no limit on using Overwatch Coach to review your blog post. 

Do I need to run the content that Muse created through Overwatch Coach?

These tools are seamlessly integrated together, so any content generated by Muse will automatically undergo compliance checks before it’s generated. Therefore, there is no need to run the content through the Compliance Check again!
