      Muse for Blogs, an AI-powered feature, revolutionizes blog post creation by efficiently generating blog posts designed for financial professionals. This tool allows you to create high-quality, engaging blog content with various writing styles and lengths, helping your blogs stand out! 

      How to Use Muse for Blogs

      Follow these simple steps to generate blog posts with Muse:

      1. Navigate to Blog > Create Blog Post:

      2. Click the ‘Write with AI’ button to launch Muse for Blogs:

      3. Fill in the form with the blog post details:Blog Post Details (required): Provide specific details about the blog post you wish to generate. This includes prompts that guide the AI in crafting the content. Here are some examples:

        • Outline the key considerations for retirement planning in an informative style, including tips on savings strategies and investment options for different age groups.
        • Highlight tax-saving strategies for high-income earners, with a sophisticated approach.
        • Discuss the role of financial advisors in estate planning, and how we can help clients ensure a smooth transfer of wealth.

        • Writing Style (required): Select from six pre-defined voices crafted by our creative team, each embodying a unique style:

          • The Custodian: A reliable professional with a steady hand.
          • The Sage Guide: Sage storyteller with calm wisdom.
          • The Steady Captain: Strategic leader with decisive clarity.
          • The Trusted Confidant: Empathetic partner with genuine warmth.
          • The Practical Optimist: Relatable guide with folksy wisdom.
          • The Achievement Partner: Inspiring motivator with strategic enthusiasm.

        • Post Length (required): Decide on the desired length of your post:

          • Short: 300-600 words
          • Medium: 600-1000 words
          • Long: 1500+ words

      4. Click the ‘Use as Draft’ button to copy your generated blog content into the Blog Editor and schedule the content as usual! 

      Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

      Does your AI technology use ChatGPT or other popular AI tools? Is it just ChatGPT with FMG’s logo?

      Muse runs on the same large-language-model tech behind ChatGPT. What makes Muse uniquely tailored for advisors is that it’s tuned by the FMG marketing experts, and the tool is baked into FMG’s workflow. That means compliant, on-brand drafts in seconds, right where advisors work. And with one click, they can switch among six pre-built voices to match any audience.

      Can Muse make images or videos for me to share in blog posts?

      Muse for Blogs does not currently use AI to create images or videos. It focuses on generating the text content for your blog posts. You will need to source and add your own media content to your posts.


      Can AI-generated content be saved for later?

      Once the content is pasted into the Blog Post Editor, it can be saved as a draft. However, saving directly within Muse (the AI tool) is not possible, and leaving the page will discard any additional generated versions you may have.


      If I had content already written in the blog editor before using the AI writer, would it replace what I had in the editor?

      Yes, the AI content will replace whatever you've already written in the blog post editor. To prevent losing important work, it's best to use the AI writer on an empty blog post. Remember to save your previous blog drafts beforehand!


      How accurate is Muse’s content?

      One current limitation in Muse’s accuracy is its ability to generate content around recent current events. As of July 2025, Muse only has current event information up to November 2024. We are actively working to improve this aspect, so stay tuned for updates! In terms of the accuracy of Muse’s general financial content, Muse includes multiple compliance safeguards to minimize non-compliant information. All content created through Muse still follows the familiar FMG workflows, so you’ll still submit it to a compliance program for that final layer of approval.


      Does Muse for Blogs generate any metadata for SEO purposes?

      Yes, Muse automatically creates a blog title, body content, and summary for blog posts. However, it does not generate meta title tags or meta description tags in the SEO toolkit section.

      Can Muse use existing content as a reference point for generating new content?

      Yes, you can copy existing content and use it as a reference point in Muse to generate new content. Muse can take instructions and rewrite the content in a different style or format.

      Does Muse automatically add a disclosure indicating content was generated by AI?

      No, Muse does not currently add a disclosure indicating that the content was generated by AI.


      Is there a risk of copyright infringement with AI content?

      Our AI tools generate text based on patterns learned during training. While the content is typically original, there’s an extremely small chance it may resemble copyrighted material. We recommend reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content for compliance with applicable copyright laws before using it publicly. We ensure that all generative AI models we use provide copyright indemnification.

      Will the content generated by Muse sound like every other advisor?

      Muse includes six different preset voices and incorporates the ability to take custom instructions to change the voice as you see fit!

      Can I create a custom voice?

      Custom personas will arrive in 2026; in the interim, we provide six preset voices to choose from and the ability to take custom instructions to further tweak the voice to your liking.


      Can I edit or revise the content generated by Muse?

      Yes, you can refine the content that Muse generates, and it will create another version for you to use. Additionally, you can edit the content in the email builder after you’ve pasted the content there. 

      Does Muse support multiple languages?

      Yes, Muse can be prompted to create content in other supported languages. 

      How does this tool ensure compliance? What are the limitations?

      The Muse tool ensures compliance through its integration with Overwatch Coach, which automatically reviews and revises generated content up to three times to meet industry regulations. However, you must ensure any images you upload are compliant, and some users may have additional compliance reviews depending on B/D. As regulations evolve, ongoing updates and user feedback help maintain the tool's effectiveness.

      Could Muse say something non-compliant?

      We have implemented multiple safeguards to prevent non-compliant information from appearing in your drafts. However, all content created through Muse still follows the familiar FMG workflows, so it will still be submitted for that stamp of approval from a compliance program.

      How is client data protected within AI systems?

      AI tools are developed with a focus on data protection, adhering to regulations, and employing advanced security measures. Our AI features operate without training on customer data, and our model providers are contractually obligated not to retain data longer than necessary for legal compliance.
