What is the Marketing Calendar and how do you find it?

Your FMG Marketing Calendar is your one-stop shop to see what content will go out over the next 14 days. Check here often to see what emails, social posts, greeting cards, and campaigns you have scheduled to send.

To view your Marketing Calendar, head to your admin, and on the top menu bar, click Marketing Calendar:

The Marketing Calendar shows scheduled custom emails, email sequences, social posts, social sequences, upcoming greeting cards, and content from campaigns. 

1. This section will display when the content is scheduled to send or post. 
2. These tags will show details about the scheduled content.
   1. My Content: Content you scheduled; this includes custom content and content that was selected from the Content Library. 
   2. Automated: Content scheduled from Automated Marketing Campaigns:
      • Happy Birthday Campaign emails
      • Social Foundation Campaign social posts
      • Video of the Month emails*
      • Holiday Campaign emails**
      • Retirement Insights emails**
   3. In Review: This tag means that the content piece is with compliance. Once approved, the content will be scheduled as usual. 
3. This spot displays the month for the scheduled content.
4. Click on "Preview" to view the content piece. 

**This content will appear on your calendar if you have the campaign available and activated. Once we send out the reminder emails for this campaign, this content will be removed from your calendar if your BD hasn’t approved the campaign send. (If the campaign send hasn’t been approved by this point, it won’t send to users in that program! Once the reminder emails go out, it’s too late to approve this content.)
