Welcome Email (for Admins)

Customize the welcome email new MyRepChat users receive at signup

This setting lets you customize the email MyRepChat users receive when they first sign up.

How Do I Customize the Welcome Email?

  1. Go to your Group Setup tab.
  2. Scroll down to the Welcome Email section.
  3. Edit the subject line and body text as needed.
  4. Click Save on your Group Settings to apply your changes.

Note:

  • If you don't make any changes here, MyRepChat sends its default welcome email text to your users.
  • Login details are automatically added to the end of the email body — you don't need to include them yourself.
  • You can resize the Body text box by dragging the handle in its lower-right corner.
