How do I archive to Slack?

Connect your MyRepChat account to Slack for archiving

How Do I Set Up Slack Archiving?

  1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Archives and Reports > Connect to Archiver.
  2. Select Slack from the dropdown. A secondary section will open below it.
  3. Create a Slack channel for your MyRepChat data.
  4. Create a webhook for that channel.
    Note: Not sure how to create a webhook in Slack? See Slack's own walkthrough: Incoming Webhooks for Slack.
  5. Copy the webhook URL and paste it into the webhook field in MyRepChat.
  6. Enable Activate Archiving (the toggle should move to the right and turn green).
  7. Click Save.
