How do I archive to Proofpoint?

Connect your MyRepChat account to Proofpoint for archiving

How Do I Set Up Proofpoint Archiving?

  1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Archives and Reports > Connect to Archiver.
  2. Click the Proofpoint box.
  3. Enter your Proofpoint archiving email address in the field provided.
  4. Enable Activate Archiving (the toggle should move to the right and turn green).
  5. Click Save.
