Archiving to Global Relay (WEB UI)

Connect your MyRepChat account to Global Relay for archiving

How Do I Set Up Global Relay Archiving?

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Settings > Archives and Reports > Connect to Archiver.
  2. Select the Global Relay tile.
  3. Get your MyRepChat SMTP destination address, username, and password from Global Relay.

  4. Enter that information into the corresponding fields.
  5. Enable Activate Archiving (the toggle should move to the right and turn green).
  6. Click Save.
