What are the different ways to add contacts?

Compare the four ways to bring contacts into MyRepChat

There are four ways to add contacts to MyRepChat:

  • Import from CRM
  • Import from your phone
  • Add a contact manually
  • Import from CSV

In the web app, go to Contacts, then click the arrow on New Contact to choose Add a contact, Import from CSV, or Import from CRM. To import contacts from your phone, use the MyRepChat mobile app.
