How do I import contacts from my CRM?

Bring contacts into MyRepChat directly from your CRM

Before starting, make sure your CRM is connected to MyRepChat. Go to Settings > Integrations > Connect to CRM to check.

How Do I Import a Contact From My CRM?

  1. In the left menu, click Contacts.

  2. Click the arrow on New Contact, then select Import from CRM.

  3. In the Import from CRM pop-up, type at least 2 characters of the contact's name to search your connected CRM.

  4. Click the contact. MyRepChat adds them to your contacts and opens their contact details page.

Repeat these steps for each additional contact you want to import.

To confirm messages will sync back to your CRM, check that the contact's Source shows your CRM.
