How Do Auto Responses Work?
The order of your auto responses matters. They're checked from top to bottom, and only the first one that matches an incoming message is used. For example, if an unknown contact texts a keyword, and you have one auto response for new numbers and another for that keyword, the one higher in the list runs.

To set the order, drag your auto responses up or down in the list. To see this information in the app, click How It Works on the Auto Responses page.
