How do I add more users to my account?

You can add or remove logins on your MyRepChat account. Every login gives access to the same account, including the same phone number and vCard.

What Are Additional Logins?

• Your subscription includes two logins: you plus one additional user.

• Each login after the first two has an added monthly cost. Your billing updates automatically as you add or remove logins.

• All logins have the same access, including adding and removing other logins.

•  Everyone who logs in to the same account shares its phone number and vCard. Logins can't have their own.

How Do I Add a Login?

1. Go to Settings > Add-Ons > Additional Logins.

2. Click Add Login.
   
   

3. In the Add account login pop-up, enter the person's name and email address.

4. Click Save.
   
   

The new user receives an email with a generated password.

Note:

• After the new user logs in, they can change their password in Settings > Account > Change Password.
  
  

• If a user forgets their password, they can click Forgot password on the login page.
  

How Do I Change a Login's Email Address?

You can't change a login's email address after it's created. Remove the login, then add it again with the correct email address.

How Do I Remove a Login?

1. Go to Settings > Add-Ons > Additional Logins.

2. Next to the login you want to remove, click Remove.

   

Note: You can't remove the login you're currently using.

How Do I Switch Between Accounts?

One login can have access to more than one MyRepChat account, such as your own account and a main office line account. To switch:

1. Click your account name in the top right corner.
2. Click Switch account.
