How to Create Syndicated Library Pages

Note: This article is only applicable to Publisher users.

Creating and managing Syndicated Library Pages is an essential task for Publisher users who want to deliver tailored content to their subscribers. This guide will walk you through the process of creating article content and utilizing it to set up Syndicated Library Pages, ensuring your subscribers receive relevant and engaging material.


Creating Syndicated Library Pages

To create a Syndicated Library Page, log in to your Publisher account and go to Publish > Pages.

  1. Add or Edit a Page: Click "Add Page" for a new page or select an existing page title to edit.
  2. Add HTML Code Section: Click the plus (+) to add an "HTML Code" section Widget.
  3. Insert HTML Shortcode: Add the following HTML shortcode:
    [articles=grid keywords="KEYWORD GOES HERE"]
    • Note: The keyword is case-sensitive and must match the spelling in the Detail Information.
  4. Edit the shortcode with your desired keyword to display specific content
  5. Publish or Save Draft: Click Publish or Save Draft to save your changes. The page must be Compliance Approved before it appears to subscribers.

Managing Content in Syndicated Library Pages

To update content on a Syndicated Library Page, edit the keyword in the shortcode.

Previewing Syndicated Library Pages

Live previews of Syndicated Pages are not available in the Publisher Admin. To preview:

  1. Impersonate a subscriber admin.
  2. In the Website section, select Pages.
  3. Locate the syndicated page.
  4. Click Actions > Preview to view the page.

Customizing Syndicated Library Pages

Subscribers can customize Syndicated Pages by:

  1. In the Website section, selecting Pages, locating the Syndicated Page, and clicking Actions > Copy to create a duplicate.
  2. Modifying the page's appearance by adjusting colors, backgrounds, and adding sections or elements around the syndicated content for enhanced presentation.

Note: Users cannot edit the Article Content.
