Easily Manage Subscriber User Data with External IDs

Publisher users can efficiently manage and integrate user data within the FMG platform. This access is crucial for tailoring data management to specific enterprise needs and improving integration with external systems. 

This guide will show you how to access and update External IDs, so you can make the most of this feature for optimized data handling.

Accessing External IDs

  1. Access Subscriber Details:

    • Use the Subscribers left navigation to find your list of subscribers.
    • Select "View Details" for the user you wish to manage.

  2. Update External IDs:

    • Locate the fields for External IDs 1, 2, 3, and 4 within the "Subscriber Settings."
    • You can enter or update the desired values in these fields as needed.
