An overview of the Case History page for Compliance Officers

The Case History page is a dedicated section within the compliance system designed to streamline the process of reviewing and navigating through case histories. This page features a comprehensive Compliance Case History grid that includes advanced search options, filtering capabilities, and efficient navigation tools.
Case History Page Features
The Case History page features:
- Sorting Options: You can sort the grid by various criteria, such as subscriber, date, compliance case number, case title, and case type
- Filtering Options: The grid can be filtered by compliance case type from the “Case Type” dropdown.
- Advanced Search Options:
- Search by subscriber name or public ID: Locate cases based on the subscriber's name or public ID.
- Keyword search field: Find cases using keywords related to the case number, case title, case note keywords, and case type.
- Date Limitation:
- Refine search results by selecting specific start and end dates.
- The standard Case History grid is limited to 90 days.
- The default Start-to-End Date is 1 rolling calendar year.
- Start-to-End Date parameters are unlimited when the search is set to one Subscriber.
- Clickable Hyperlink for Compliance Case Number: Compliance case numbers are clickable hyperlinks, allowing quick access to case details.
How to Access the Case History Page
There are two ways to access the Compliance Case History grid:
Case History Menu Item
You can find the Compliance Case History grid under a new menu item in the left navigation bar under Advisors, labeled "Case History."
Active Subscribers Page with Automatic User Filtering
The Compliance Case History grid is also accessible from the "View All" Active Subscribers page. A new option, labeled "View History," has been added to the Action dropdown menu for each active subscriber.
When "View History" is clicked, you will be automatically redirected to the "Case History" page, where the case history for the selected subscriber will be displayed.
