To create an event, navigate to Events >> Create Event in the admin and choose a theme or a blank event to get started. Note: You may not have access to all templates.
Once you have created the event, add a name and event description to let your guests know what to expect. Upload an image to appear on your event page. Let your guests know where and when your event will take place and, if you’d like, allow them to register online.
Some users may have access to agency created, compliance approved event themes. If you are using an agency created event theme, you may edit the event’s name, description and image but making any changes will require compliance approval.
You can also add tags in the SEO toolkit.

If you need to make any changes to your event page, click on the event title to edit. You’ll be able to get a preview of your event’s page here.
Once your event has been published, tell people about it! You can promote an event by clicking on the event title or directly from your dashboard – just click “Promote”.
You’ll be prompted to choose your channel – promote your event via email sequence, on social media or by sending a greeting card.
You can also preview your event and get a link to your event page.
See who’s coming and who has yet to respond – just click the number in the RSVPs column to keep an eye on your attendee list.
Do you have an event that you hold with some frequency? Use a previous event as a template – click “Copy”, update the details and publish your new event!
When you allow guests to register for your event, a "Register" button will be added to the landing page for your event.
To see the total number of registered guests, check the "RSVPs" column in your "My Events" section. Click on the number of RSVPs and you will be able view who's coming and their contact information, delete any guests, or download a CSV of all registrants.
