Our "Message Greeting" section allows you to send the same email to hundreds of contacts at once, while personally greeting each contact by name.

Note: all new custom emails will have this section added at the top of your blank email. If you delete this greeting section and need to add it back in, it will be available in the text section option to add.

Simply choose your greeting style and your email will be addressed to each contacts' nickname or first name:

If you have a nickname for your contact, we'll greet them by that name!
If there's no nickname present, we'll greet them by their first name instead.
So — in the example above, your email would be addressed to "Ali."

If no first name is present, don't worry! We'll keep you looking professional by replacing your personal greeting with "Hi there" (this is the fallback for the 'casual' greeting) or "Greetings" (the 'formal' fallback).

Note: don't be alarmed if you send yourself a test email and don't see a first name in place of this greeting section! This content will be updated once you select your contacts and schedule your email.
