To link a PDF in a text section, first, navigate to the page you want to add your PDF link to. Open the Rich Text Editor section where you'd like to add the link, highlight the text you want to apply your link to, then click the "Insert Attachment" icon:

A new window will open, where you will enter:

  • Title: this will be the text that appears on the page

  • Attachment: simply click "Choose File" to find the PDF you want to upload here
    Note: you can use this same process to add other types of files: Excel or Word documents, even images! Whatever file you add here will be downloaded when a visitor clicks your link. 

Click "Save," save your changes as a draft and preview your page to be sure the link is working.
