Well nothing else in our Knowledge Base will be very helpful if you can't get logged in! So let's get you in front of your admin... 

  1. Go to secure.fmgsuite.com (we recommend bookmarking this link)
  2. The username for the account is defaulted to the email address of the person who subscribed to FMG Suite*
  3. Enter your password or click "forgot password" to receive an email with instructions in resetting your password. 

Pretty simple, right?!

*Once your're logged in, you can change this username by navigating to the settings menu on the top right-hand corner and selecting "Users."
You can also add additional users to your account, so they can login with their own username and password.
